Do we have service fees? Yes, and No. It depends on which partner merchant service you would like to avail of.

For E-Money

- Pay & Go does not deduct service fees. However, Gcash charges its customers a 2% service fee if you have exceeded the ₱8,000 monthly threshold, for over the counter transactions. PayMaya charges its users a 1% service fee for transactions that have exceeded the ₱10,000 monthly threshold. However, if the transaction is for PayMaya Negosyo, the 1% will be returned as a rebate voucher right after.

- Coins.ph also has a 3% service fee for every transaction.

For Bills Payment

- Most of our bills payment partners have a ₱ 8.00 service fee.

For Transport RFID

- Transport RFID top-ups will incur a ₱ 10.00 service fee for every transaction.
