You can easily cash in using Pay & Go!
Pay&Go Kiosk
1. Select TOP-UP WALLET from the Main Menu
2. Choose GCASH
3. Type in the mobile number which has a GCash account
4. Indicate the intended amount to top up
5. Review all details on the screen before inserting cash.
6. Insert the exact amount
7. Once all banknotes have been inserted, you may select DONE.
8. Wait for the receipt and the SMS confirmation.
GCash Kiosk
1. Select GCASH from the Main Menu
2. Type in the mobile number which has a GCash account
3. Indicate the intended amount to top up
4. Review all details on the screen before inserting cash.
5. Insert the exact amount
6. Once all banknotes have been inserted, you may select DONE.
7. Wait for the receipt and the SMS confirmation.
Some Pay & Go kiosks have different interfaces. If these options are not available, kindly choose OTHERS > TOP UP WALLET > GCASH.
Please note that starting May 1, 2020 - GCash will now charge 2% service fees for over-the-counter transactions that are in excess of the P8,000 monthly threshold.
